A Message from your Association Officers. The Glencarlyn Citizens' Association (GCA) has a June-to-June membership year. So, if you have not paid your dues since June 1st, 2005, they are due now for the 2006-2007 year.

Dues are only $10 per house, which entitles each member to vote at monthly meetings and for election of officers, and helps to support the Village View.

Whether you join or not, we encourage you to attend GCA meetings the bi-monthly meetings (September thru May) to find out what is happening in our neighborhood.

Please use the coupon below to send in your dues and join for the year.
