The newsletters are in .pdf (portable document format), and requires the Adobe Acrobat Reader to view the document.   Adobe provides the reader for free, and a link on the School Board's page allows you to download the software from the Adobe site.

Depending on the web browser you use, clicking on a newsletter date will open the Acrobat Reader and allow you to view it in your  web browser.  Otherwise, you may download the document by right-clicking on the date and selecting "Save Target as..." (or similar), which gives you an opportunity to select a location and name for the downloaded document.   Finally, click on "Save", and the file should download.
