Yes, this is my brother. He has done
construction/remodeling, painting, and assorted repairs for us over the
years. Although he is now concentrating especially on woodworking
and cabinetry, he is also doing some general handyman work. He's a
perfectionist and a hard worker. Since he lives out near Winchester, he
probably won't do individual tiny jobs here, but he is interested in
anything substantial |

Review:
Case is a home renovation/maintenance and general handyman contractor.
They offer a wide range of home maintenance and renovation services. For
the work you describe, they select an appropriate craftsman who then
visits your home to provide a job estimate and work schedule.
In this instance, they provided two different
contractors who replaced window shutters and repainted window trim.
Their prices were fair, the quality of their work was excellent, and the
work was completed on schedule. They routinely make follow-up phone
calls to verify the quality of work and customer satisfaction. I highly
recommended them.

I would like to highly recommend
McCarthy Services for HVAC and plumbing work. I live on 4th street and
have used their services several times over the past year or so and have
been delighted each time. Their service folks are highly skilled,
trustworthy and provide service on time. They have put in a new gas
furnace, A/C and corrected several plumbing concerns for us. There
prices were fair, the workers cleaned up after themselves (better than
before they came!) and their estimates were right on target - both for
price and time.

He repaired and shingled the roof of our back
porch, painted the back porch and garage, and glazed and painted 13
windows. He is also scheduled to paint our basement and repair
tiles in the bathroom. Ole is a very nice fellow, his
prices are reasonable by any standard, his work is excellent and
